Develop Europe’s First Buddhist University With Us!
Dear friends, We would like to invite you to participate in the next big step of Gomde Germany-Austria.
Following Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche's wish and request, an academic centre for Buddhist studies in the form of a private university is to be established in Gomde Germany-Austria. At this university, both authentic study and practice will be taught and applied, so that - according to Rinpoche - the Dharma can be preserved and passed on for countless generations, and thereby become an immeasurable source of merit! 
Through the generous support of the Rangjung Yeshe Institute in Nepal and the professors who have led the summer academic courses here in Gomde so far, fertile ground has already been created. Further developments, and collaborations with other universities are already being explored.
As a result, a project plan is now being developed to map out and structure the process leading up to accreditation. During this time, we would like to involve anyone and everyone who would like to participate in the development and implementation of the university.
